What is The Little Exchange?
The Little Exchange Fine Gifts is a nonprofit boutique located in Oakwood benefitting Dayton Children’s Hospital. The shop has donated over $2 million to Dayton Children’s Hospital since its inception. The Little Exchange is known for perfect bridal and baby gifts, infant clothing, unique décor for the home, and men’s and women’s gifts for all occasions.
